Here's a secret. The capital is almost never the city you think it is. Here's how it works. You get eight states, and for each one, four cities. Everyone picks A, B, C or D, out loud, on paper, or on your phone. Then the answer is revealed, and you tap everyone who got it right. Each right answer scores two points. Trust nobody who says New York City.
