What it feels like
Close your eyes. Go back to the room you grew up in. The wallpaper. The hiding place. The thing under the bed. Tonight, you'll describe it... and see if anyone can find their way inside.
How to play
- Take a private turn each and answer two prompts. Nobody else looks.
- The answers come up one at a time, with no name on them. Say out loud who wrote it.
- Reveal, and see who read the room.
Scoring: 2 points for each right guess. If fewer than half of you guess yours, you score 3 for staying a mystery.
You'll get prompts like
- “Something on your childhood bedroom wall”
- “What you wanted to be when you were seven”
What you need
3 to 10 people and one phone, tablet or laptop to pass around — or everyone on their own phone in a room. Nothing to download, no accounts. The best lines can be sealed into your group's Almanac and come back in later games.
