What it feels like
Tonight, you write a short note to this team, and seal it. It won't be read today. It will wait until you're all together again. Here's what you do. Take a private turn each and write your note. The notes are sealed in the team's Almanac. The next time this group plays, at the next offsite, say, they're opened, and before anyone owns up, the room guesses who wrote each one. Every right guess scores two points.

Scoring: When they open, 2 points for each right guess.
You'll get prompts like
- “Write a note to this team, to be opened next time we play: what you hope we've done by then”

What you need
3 to 10 people and one phone, tablet or laptop to pass around — or everyone on their own phone in a room. Nothing to download, no accounts. The best lines can be sealed into your group's Almanac and come back in later games.
