The team pack
Team offsite games: Team Offsite
Ten games for an offsite, a retreat or an onboarding week. A warm-up, working sessions, a retro without the slides and a proper close, with a facilitator's run-sheet for a half day or a full day. Awards and notes to the team are kept in the team's Almanac and come back at the next offsite.
- 10 games made for it
- 2 more from Pro
- $39 once
- 3–10 people a screen
- One device, or phones
Morning warm-up
- First Impressions
One true thing about a teammate's working life, hidden among the fakes the rest of you invent. Find the real one. - Résumé Bluff: Team Edition
Two true lines from your working life and one that never happened. The team votes on the lie. - Ballpark: Team Numbers
How many tabs does the person next to you have open? Everyone guesses; closest without going over wins.
Working sessions
- Pitch Room: Offsite
Real team problems, each other's odd talents. Teams pitch the fix nobody asked for, and the room invests. - Codebreak: Departments
Two mixed teams, four secret words each, all from working life. Clue your code for your team without letting the other side crack it. - Fifty-Fifty: Strategy
Finish a work dilemma so the room splits exactly down the middle. Then argue it out. - On the Same Page
Don't write your answer — write the team's. The biggest group scores; a tie scores nobody.
Retro
- Rose, Thorn, Bud: Quarter Review
The retro without the slides: a win, something that slowed you down, and the bet you'd make next.
The close
- Quiet Kudos (also comes with Pro)
Anonymous thanks. The room guesses who it's for, never who wrote it. - Team Awards
Secret votes for the titles that matter. Guess who the team picked before the reveal. Every award is a compliment. - Note to Next Quarter
Everyone seals a short note to the team. It opens the next time you play — the next offsite, say — and the room guesses who wrote it.
Evening
- The Office Pool (also comes with Pro)
The office lottery ticket wins two million dollars, and by Monday morning the envelope is empty. The person who took it paid for it alone. Solve it, then argue about it: whose money is it?
How it works
- Paid once. $39, plus any tax where you live. Nothing renews, and it isn't part of Pro.
- Kept by your group. You name the group when you buy; everyone with the group's link can play on the group's devices.
- A run-sheet for whoever runs the day. A half-day and a full-day plan, with timings and what to say, to read on screen or print.
- Guests need nothing. Only the host's screen needs the pack. Guests join on their own phones with a room code, or you pass one device round.
- Refundable for 14 days from the pack's page, on the terms in our Terms.
Afterwards: the book
Whatever you seal at the end of a game — a toast, a piece of advice, a prediction — goes into your group's Almanac. From Team Offsite's page you can then order the book of it: a 6 × 9 inch hardcover or a PDF made only from what was sealed in this pack's games. The book is bought separately.
Good to know
Work-safe: no confessions, nothing about pay or performance, and every award is a compliment. Each screen plays 3 to 10 people; a bigger team splits into tables, and every device with the team's link has the pack.
