What it feels like
Everyone answers in secret. Nobody sees who said what, only the final count. Tonight's question isn't about you. It's about this room... and whether you can read it.
How to play
- Take a private turn each and answer yes or no to a handful of questions. Nobody sees who said what.
- Each round, one person guesses how many of you said yes.
- Everyone else calls it: higher or lower than that guess? On phones, or hands up.
- Only the count is ever revealed.
Scoring: The reader scores 3 for the exact count and 1 for one off. Everyone who called higher or lower right scores 1.
You'll get prompts like
- “Have you ever broken a bone?”
- “Can you whistle with your fingers?”
What you need
3 to 10 people and one phone, tablet or laptop to pass around — or everyone on their own phone in a room. Nothing to download, no accounts. The best lines can be sealed into your group's Almanac and come back in later games.
