What it feels like
Ninety-six colours. One little word to point everyone at just one of them. Tonight, you'll find out that nobody in this room sees 'teal' quite the same way.
How to play
- Each round, one person secretly sees a single colour on a grid of ninety-six.
- They say one word out loud to point everyone at it — no colour names, and no pointing at things in the room.
- Everyone else places a marker, in turn. Then a second cue, up to two words, and a second marker each.
- Reveal the colour. The closer your markers, the more they score.
Scoring: Each marker: 3 on the colour, 2 touching it, 1 two away. The cue-giver scores 1 for every marker touching or on it.
What you need
3 to 10 people and one phone, tablet or laptop to pass around — or everyone on their own phone in a room. Nothing to download, no accounts. The best lines can be sealed into your group's Almanac and come back in later games.
