Everyone writes one true, specific thing they see in each person. Read them out with no names — and keep the one that lands.

What it feels like
Everybody in this room has noticed something about you: a habit, a kindness, a moment you've forgotten. Tonight, they'll write it down, with no names. Keep the one that lands hardest.
How to play
- Take a private turn each: for a few of the others, write one true, specific thing you see in them — a real moment, a habit, a place. Not “you're amazing”.
- One at a time, each person's reads come up with no names on them.
- They keep the one that landed hardest: their You Came card, saved to the group's Almanac.
- Nobody guesses who wrote what. That's the point.
Scoring: No points and no winner — everyone leaves with a card.
You'll get prompts like
- “One thing this person is better at than they think.”
- “A small thing they did that you noticed — and they probably don't know you noticed.”
What you need
3 to 10 people and one phone, tablet or laptop to pass around — or everyone on their own phone in a room. Nothing to download, no accounts. The best lines can be sealed into your group's Almanac and come back in later games.
