The baby shower pack
Baby shower games: Little One
Ten gentle games for a baby shower, with something to open on the first birthday. Guesses, doodles and stories for the parents-to-be, and advice sealed tonight that opens a year from now. Nothing embarrassing, and nobody has to drink anything out of a bottle.
- 10 games made for it
- 3 more from Pro
- $19 once
- 3–10 people a screen
- One device, or phones
As guests arrive
- When I Was Small
One true thing about someone's own babyhood, hidden among the fakes. Find the real one. - Ballpark: Baby Numbers
How much did Aunt Jo weigh when she was born? Everyone guesses; closest without going over wins. - Baby Brain
Don't write your answer — write the room's. The biggest group scores; a tie scores nobody.
Tea and cake
- The Name Game
One letter, six categories, all for the nursery. Only answers nobody else wrote score. - Lullaby Doodles
A phrase becomes a drawing becomes a guess, all the way round the room. See how far it drifts. - This or That, Baby
Finish a new-parent dilemma so the room splits exactly down the middle. Then argue about it over cake. - Tiny Joys (also comes with Pro)
The small good things. Gentle, warm, good for any age. - Kind Clash (also comes with Pro)
The same face-off, played nice: the sweetest, cosiest, most hopeful answer wins the room. - The Name in the Envelope (also comes with Pro)
A baby shower, a cake made of nappies, and the baby's name sealed in a yellow envelope until four o'clock. At four, it's gone. A gentle mystery to read aloud, then accuse someone — in secret.
For the parents
- Most Likely, With a Baby
Secret votes about life with a little one. Guess who the room picked before the reveal. - The Bedtime Story
Everyone adds one line, seeing only the line before. Then read the baby's first bedtime story aloud.
Sealed for later
- Advice in a Bottle
Everyone seals one piece of advice for the parents. It opens the next time this group plays — the first birthday, say. - First Year Predictions
Predict the baby's first year. It opens next time this group plays, and the room decides who called it.
How it works
- Paid once. $19, plus any tax where you live. Nothing renews, and it isn't part of Pro.
- Kept by your group. You name the group when you buy; everyone with the group's link can play on the group's devices.
- Two ways to play. Some games can be about the guests, or about the parents-to-be: enter their answers once, and every round is about them.
- Guests need nothing. Only the host's screen needs the pack. Guests join on their own phones with a room code, or you pass one device round.
- Refundable for 14 days from the pack's page, on the terms in our Terms.
Afterwards: the book
Whatever you seal at the end of a game — a toast, a piece of advice, a prediction — goes into your group's Almanac. From Little One's page you can then order the book of it: a 6 × 9 inch hardcover or a PDF made only from what was sealed in this pack's games. The book is bought separately.
Good to know
The games play on one screen; everyone else can join on their phones. Ages 10 and up.
