The holiday party pack
Holiday party games: Deck the Halls
Ten games for the holiday party: the family one, the friends one, or the office one. Gifts, carols, snow and one mystery about a missing charity tin. Friendly for every tradition and every age at the table. It also opens three Pro games that suit the occasion.
- 10 games made for it
- 3 more from Pro
- $19 once
- 3–10 people a screen
- One device, or phones
Or get it with 3 more in The Holiday Collection: all 4 holiday packs for $49.
As coats come off
- The Gift Exchange
One true gift story from someone in the room, hidden among the fakes. Find the real one. - Great Minds
Don't write your answer — write the room's. The biggest group scores; a tie scores nobody. - Holidays Past
The year of the bicycle, the year the oven broke. Guess whose holiday it was.
Party games
- Snow Statues
Dance in your spot while the music plays. When it stops, freeze like whatever the screen shouts. - Carol Charades
A secret holiday phrase gets mimed down a team's line, like silent telephone. The last one says what they think it was. - Ugly Sweater Doodles
A phrase becomes a drawing becomes a guess, all the way round the room. See how far it drifts. - Naughty or Nice
Finish a holiday dilemma so the room splits exactly down the middle. Then argue about it by the tree. - Kind Clash (also comes with Pro)
The same face-off, played nice: the sweetest, cosiest, most hopeful answer wins the room.
Gifts and toasts
- Secret Santa
A rotating judge, a prompt, and everyone's answers with no names on them. Win the judge, not the room. - Toast Roulette (also comes with Pro)
A one-line toast to someone you were dealt in secret. - Holiday Awards
Secret votes for the titles of the season. Guess who the room picked before the reveal.
By the fire
- The Office Party (also comes with Pro)
Mince pies, Secret Santa, and the charity money gone from a locked cupboard — opened with the boss's badge while he was giving his speech. Read it aloud, then accuse someone — in secret. - Dear Next December
Everyone seals a short note to next December. It opens the next time this group plays, and the room guesses who wrote it.
How it works
- Paid once. $19, plus any tax where you live. Nothing renews, and it isn't part of Pro.
- Kept by your group. You name the group when you buy; everyone with the group's link can play on the group's devices.
- Guests need nothing. Only the host's screen needs the pack. Guests join on their own phones with a room code, or you pass one device round.
- Refundable for 14 days from the pack's page, on the terms in our Terms.
Afterwards: the book
Whatever you seal at the end of a game — a toast, a piece of advice, a prediction — goes into your group's Almanac. From Deck the Halls's page you can then order the book of it: a 6 × 9 inch hardcover or a PDF made only from what was sealed in this pack's games. The book is bought separately.
Good to know
The games play on one screen; everyone else can join on their phones. Ages 10 and up.
