The bridal shower pack
Bridal shower games: Something Borrowed
Ten games for a bridal shower or a hen do everyone's family can come to. How everyone knows the bride, what they'd tell her, and what they predict. The advice sealed tonight opens after the wedding. Warm and teasing, never embarrassing.
- 10 games made for it
- 3 more from Pro
- $19 once
- 3–10 people a screen
- One device, or phones
Fizz on arrival
- How We Met Her
How everyone here first met the bride. Guess whose story it is. - Something True
One true thing about someone here and their own love life, hidden among the fakes. Find the real one. - Ballpark: The Bridal Party
How many weddings has everyone here been to? Everyone guesses; closest without going over wins.
Afternoon tea
- Wedding Wisdom
A rotating judge, a wedding prompt, and everyone's answers with no names on them. Win the judge, not the room. - The Dress Doodle
A phrase becomes a drawing becomes a guess, all the way round the room. See how far it drifts. - Bridesmaids Think Alike
Don't write your answer — write the room's. The biggest group scores; a tie scores nobody. - Origin Stories (also comes with Pro)
The true story behind a nickname, a scar, a fear, a favourite mug — or one the room made up.
Toasts
- Toast Roulette (also comes with Pro)
A one-line toast to someone you were dealt in secret. - Most Likely, On the Day
Secret votes about the wedding day. Guess who the room picked before the reveal.
Later on
- I Do, But…
Finish a wedding dilemma so the room splits exactly down the middle. Then argue about it over fizz. - The Worst Vows Ever
Everyone adds one line, seeing only the line before. Then read the vows aloud, with a straight face. - The Proposal (also comes with Pro)
A dinner for five, an engagement ring hidden in the freezer, and an empty box at dessert. Read the mystery aloud, then accuse someone — in secret. - Notes for the Bride
Everyone seals a short note for the bride. It opens the next time this group plays — after the wedding, say.
How it works
- Paid once. $19, plus any tax where you live. Nothing renews, and it isn't part of Pro.
- Kept by your group. You name the group when you buy; everyone with the group's link can play on the group's devices.
- Two ways to play. Some games can be about the guests, or about the bride: enter their answers once, and every round is about them.
- Guests need nothing. Only the host's screen needs the pack. Guests join on their own phones with a room code, or you pass one device round.
- Refundable for 14 days from the pack's page, on the terms in our Terms.
Afterwards: the book
Whatever you seal at the end of a game — a toast, a piece of advice, a prediction — goes into your group's Almanac. From Something Borrowed's page you can then order the book of it: a 6 × 9 inch hardcover or a PDF made only from what was sealed in this pack's games. The book is bought separately.
Good to know
The games play on one screen; everyone else can join on their phones. Ages 10 and up.
